1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only in the following situations:

  • Damaged Product Received: If the product arrives physically damaged.
  • Incorrect Item Sent: If the item received is different from what was ordered.
  • Non-Delivery: If the order is not delivered within 30 business days from the date of dispatch.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Delays caused by courier or customs beyond our control.
  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after shipping.
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

3. Return Process

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order if there is any issue.
  • Proof of damage or wrong product (clear photos/videos) is required for verification.
  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
  • Some items may need to be returned to the supplier before a refund is processed (return instructions will be shared via email).

4. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
